It had been awhile since our two-story, 4BR house had a thorough cleaning, mostly because when the young adults are in residence, cleaning is a perpetual-motion activity. Silvana and her team took on the challenge and did a terrific job. They cleaned places where we didn't even know we had places. They were efficient, quiet, unobtrusive and very thorough. I thought they had somehow managed to replace one of our bathtubs but it just hadn't ever been that clean before. Very professional and very impressive! We'll be calling her again.
